RANKING - What if the person in the first place of the ranking achieves a relatively low score on compatibility with the profile of an ideal candidate?

Compatibility of 69% or lower should be considered relatively low. Individuals with that kind of compatibility level with the ideal candidate profile, regardless of how it is defined or represented, might not be the optimal choice.

A relatively low score on compatibility can result from a candidate’s unsatisfactory predispositions or from excessive expectations in the profile. In that case there are at least two possible options. First, you can continue searching for candidates that will show a higher level of compatibility.

Second, you can revise the profile expectations. They could be unnecessarily demanding, especially with a profile defined using the “Create a profile according to position requirements” option.
