Directly. The higher the level of fit, the more the profile of a given person resembles the profile of the “perfect candidate” (in such way as it was defined during the analysis). The candidates with the highest level of fit, provided they exceed the minimum threshold of fit (e.g. 70% or more), may be considered as promising, or boding well, and worth inviting for further stages of the selection process, for example in-person interview.
